Great experience with Ruby Mountain Motors in Elko. Found our car through an online site and reached out. Easy to get in touch with and no surprises when trying to complete the paperwork. had the Car shipped to St. Louis without an issue.

I bought a 2018 Ford Escape from them back in 2019, and they brought it from Idaho so I could see and drive it the very next day. That car was such an excellent little little car for 5 years with no problems. I decided to upgrade to a little newer car this year, and I had a great experience purchasi...ng my 2022 RAV4 from them! Emmitt helped me get a better trade-in value than the other dealers and helped me get a car payment that was in my range. He was honest, wasn’t pushy, personable, and walked through everything to make sure everything was clear and that I was comfortable with the financing. I’m sorry that others may have had less than desirable experiences here but it seems to be once in a blue moon. My experience was great, and my next car may also come from them! Show more
